Normandie représentée au Hong Kong Longines Master

69-p-143s4The Normandy Horse Council promoted the horse industry and the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games 2014 in Normandy at the Asian Grand Slam in Hong Kong from 21 to 23 February.

Atout France and the Normandy Regional Council participated to this event in order to promote Normandy as the Horse destination in France. Sophie Lemaiire, General Manager of Le Pin National Stud Farm was part of the French Delegation with Emmanuelle and Armand Pette, owner of Les Coudrettes Stud Farm and Jump Five.

A meeting with the most influent tour operators enabled Normandy representatives and especially Rapahel Chauvois, Vice President of the Normandy Regional Council to promote the major events occuring in 2014 in Normandy : the 70th D-DAY anniversary and the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games 2014 in Normandy …;

A press conference was organised on Saturday 22 February with a presentation of Le Pin Stud Farm where the dressage and cross country of the eventing competition of the Alltech FEI WEG 2014 in Normandy will take place. Kevin Staut and Patrice Delaveau, the French riders of Jump Five who participated to the Hong Kong Longines Masters promoted Normandy as a land of exception for the equine industry. Their horses’ owners, Emmanuelle & Armand Pette also testimonied about Normandy as the leading horse breeding region in France.

Visitors also appreciated the cider drinks, camembert cheese sandwiches and toffees offered on the Normandy booth

French Equine Professionnals and Normandy Regional Council representatives were all supporting and promoting the FEI Alltech World Equestrian Games 2014 in Normandy.
